Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join an exciting technology company within the hair and beauty industry.About the company:Providing salon technology for bookings for the hairdressing, barbering and beauty industries.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets by expertly managing a pipeline & sourcing new business.
  • Attending meetings to deliver compelling pitches & demos.
  • Managing your territory to ensure sales pipeline achieves monthly /quarterly new sales target.
  • Managing inbound enquiries (referrals, leads from partners) as well as pro actively sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and referral requests.
  • Building relationships within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Managing your pipeline within the CRM systems.
  • Understanding and qualifying saloons needs to deliver.
Experience & Skills needed:
  • A passion for the hair or beauty industry.
  • Ideally experience within B2B sales.
  • Ability to work from autonomy.
  • Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
