My client is currently looking for an Application Support Lead to join the team for a 12-month contract.You will be tasked with supporting and developing the critical and Line of Business applications (Eclipse, Rio, Swift, D365 or PowerApps (or similar))Role: Application Support LeadLocation: RemoteRate: £250 - £350 per day (based on experiencethis rate can be negotiable)inside ir35 Duration: 12 months +Your role: Provide professional and technical expertise, acting as technical lead for business critical/line of business applications or infrastructure technology within in the ICT infrastructure Services group: Act as technical lead for the delivery of ICT transformation projects ensuring these meet client requirements and can be supported operationally. Support the Enterprise Architecture & Governance in assessing the suitability of internal and 3rd party designs and solutions against the architectural framework for infrastructure systems or applications, making recommendations and escalating concerns,to the ICT Infrastructure Team Leader where appropriate. Keep abreast with innovations, developments, best practice, and changes in market/supplier offerings for technology or platforms within the scope of the team to ensure the business maximises the benefits of latest technology and thinking.Experience: You will have strong customer focus and understanding of the business we support and its impact on the wider community. Excellent communication skills and a willingness and ability to work in partnership with our stakeholders and clients Confidence to innovate and challenge current ways of working and suggest improvements to colleagues at all levels You will be driven to look for continuous service improvements, follow new technologies and be interested in trends and practices within the Microsoft and business sectors.
