Job Description

Our setting is an alternative provision for primary aged pupils, so youll need experience with EBD, SEMH, Challenging behaviour, and other related challenges.Our school is small, with only 5-10 pupils per class, teaching 4 classes daily. This means youll have a unique opportunity to build close relationships with your students and truly make a difference in their lives. Our hours are usual 8:30am-3:30pm withminimal planning and marking required, so youll have the time and energy to focus on what you do best - teaching.If youre passionate about helping students with SEN to achieve their full potential and are committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you.   • Must have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with EBD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications and be fully qualified to teach in the UK
  • Have excellent classroom management skills and be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Be passionate about teaching and committed to helping students with SEN to achieve their full potential
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and willing to work in an alternative provision setting
  • Have good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
