This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person to join one of the worlds leading motor brands withinan extremely busy dealership.Summary:You will be required to lead, motivate, supervise and manage the team delivering a first-class customer experience is key so its also vital that you are engaging and keen to build long lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3years + previous experience as an Aftersales Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the aftersales department.
  • Orchestrate a streamlined and cost-effective flow of work throughout the workshop.
  • Provide innovative ways to maximise profit.
  • Increase productivity and maintain motivation of the Aftersales department.
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers at all levels in a professional manner
  • Answering any customer queries/resolving any issues relating to technical problems, warranties, services, repairs and MOTs.
  • Communicate expectations, workloads and business requirements to the team on a daily basis.
  • To ensure that the workshop is kept clean, tidy and compliant with Company policy, Industry guidelines and brand standards.
The candidate:
  • The ideal candidate will have both experience and a proven track record of running an aftersales department.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing and coaching a team to success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see potential barriers.
  • Systematic, highly organised with an eye for detail.
  • A full UK and clean driving license
