Job Description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join a well-established distribution business as a valued Administrator in their bustling Avonmouth facility.This is an exciting chance to be a part of one of the fastest growing palletised distribution networks in the UK, with a long-standing history of 37 years and recent investments exceeding £1 million in the Avonmouth facility.If you have a friendly telephone manner, strong computer skills, and a desire to learn and develop new abilities, this role is perfect for you. Full training will be provided.Key Details:

  • Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Location: Avonmouth
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (can be flexible with this)
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle filing activities with precision, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
  • Actively respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Utilize your strong computer skills to support daily administrative tasks.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development while adapting to changing business needs
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction
