Job Description

Account Manager

We are on the lookout for an Account Manager with a strong background in technology and a proven ability to foster lasting client relationships. This role offers the chance to join a top-tier IT recruitment firm, where you will oversee key accounts withinthe tech sector and have the opportunity to expand your client base. Day to Day of the role:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key technology sector accounts.
  • Source and place candidates across a spectrum of tech roles.
  • Utilise outstanding communication and negotiation skills to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team, including account managers, a branch manager, and consultants.
  • Evolve into a team leader role, providing mentorship and management to other account managers.
  • Recruit and train new account managers as part of the company’s growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience as an Account Manager in IT recruitment.
  • A track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology sector and its evolving trends.
  • A customer-centric and results-driven approach.
  • Confident and professional presence.
  • A valid UK driving license and car access.
