Job Description

Account Manager£40-48k + benefits + share options1-2 days a week at offices in BristolOur client is a leading edge technology business maturing from start-up to established business stage. They need an organised and motivated Account Manager to help them grow further.You will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of existing customers to take the business forward. Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Handover of new clients, post win, through to go-live and taking responsibility for any issues that arise
  • Supporting existing clients in management of their solution/service
  • Extending the project reach of existing clients
Skills & Experience required
  • Previous experience of working within a social care/adult care or local authority would be advantageous
  • Proven experience in an Account Management/Relationship Management/Customer Services role with demonstrable track record of success.
  • Understanding of a start-up or high growth business environment
  • First class relationship engagement and management skills
  • Ownership and accountability of a companys key customer relationships
