Job Description

Account ExecutiveJoin a Leading Aerospace Precision Engineering Firm in BristolAn established and thriving engineering firm based in Bristol is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join their Commercial team. This role is a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring their requirements are understoodand met by the production teams.Responsibilities:This role offers an exciting and fulfilling career path with abundant prospects for personal and professional growth. As a Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers to understand and support their requirements
  • Handling incoming business telephone calls and connecting with department staff
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring systems are up to date
  • Collaborating with Business Development to align with future business pipeline and strategy
  • Balancing the order book into a production plan in collaboration with Production Control and Production
  • Analysing potential delivery concerns and working closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer dates
  • Negotiating order book changes with clients, including price and timing
  • Attending client meetings/progress calls as appropriate
Candidate Profile:We invite candidates who possess the following attributes:
  • Previous Commercial experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Preferably previous work in the engineering industry
  • Business Qualification (HNC/HND/DMS)
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
