Job Description

We are really excited to representing this fantastic brand agency who are now seeking a Marketing Account Director to join their team What you’ll be doing:

  • We are on the lookout for a talented Account Director with an eye for detail and passion for advertising to help us deliver inspiring healthcare campaigns to our clients.
  • A strategic guru with a passion for planning offering healthcare clients advice to propel their brands forward.
  • Plan budgets and activities for account managementin the company
  • Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff
  • Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.
    • Experience youll need:
  • Previous healthcare / pharmaceutical marketing experience in Agency environment is mandatory for this role.
  • Proven experience as an account director or similar position.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
