We actively use video, podcasts and everything youd expect in the B2C world to help our B2B clients market successfully.The Role:Were looking for a phenomenal Marketing Account Director who can lead a team of driven marketeers to help our clients shape and execute their Digital Marketing visions.You will be an experienced senior marketing leader, either in an agency side Account Director role or a client-side Marketing Director role with multiple reports. This role will see you managing a team of 2 - 3 senior account managers delivering across 10 - 12 client accounts at any one time.From a people management perspective youll be an exceptional leader, able to support, excite and motivate your team. We have a very flat structure at Create Engage and youll be expected to lead from the front, without relying on hierarchy.As a rapidly growing agency we expect everyone to get stuck in and are looking for someone whos excited by the opportunity this presents.
