Job Description

An award-winning and globally known animation studio based in Bristol are looking to take on a 3D Artist on a long-term contract basis to work on a brand new gaming project.The Company The client in question are a global leader in the animation industry, producing content across the film, TV, advertising and most recently, gaming sectors. Their productions are innovative and original, with an unmatched artistic style.3D Artist Role This is the perfect opportunity for a 3D Artist to join a newly-formed team for the purpose of working on a brand new project. You will be working alongside other gaming professionals to embark on one of the client’s first large-scale games and have the opportunity to exercise creative freedom with your work.3D Artist Requirements The client are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Experience on PC and console games
  • Background working in Unreal Engine
  • Proficiency with software packages such as Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush and Substance
  • Passion for the gaming industry
  • As this is a long-term project, the client are looking for candidates based in Bristol or willing to relocate. Ideally, they want people who will be committed to seeing the project through to completion and are keen to build a good studio atmosphere.However, initially, the role will be remote until it is safe to move into the studio.The interview process will consist in an initial call with the Senior Producer, an interview with the Game Director, and possibly an art test.If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now.
