  • Supporting internal applications and software.
  • Identify solutions and implement fixes adhering to ITIL standards.
  • Escalate to, and work closely with support vendors and 3rd line teams to ensure escalated incidents and problems and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure and manage user accounts and system access.
  • Investigate trends to apply a methodical approach to identify root cause and suggest solutions.
  • Transfer knowledge to colleagues within the team.
  • Participate in projects and other initiatives as required.
What you need...
  • Experience working with Windows Operating System (end user and server), Microsoft Office 365 applications and Exchange Administration.
  • Experience using Active Directory for user and computer administration.
  • Experience in Group Policy administration.
  • Experience working with application packaging and deployment via SCCM and Intune
  • Work with legal applications (iManage, Bighand, Laserforms) to maintain the companys IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience working within IT Service Delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Would be a bonus if you had...
  • General network administration and troubleshooting experience, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi.
  • Work with legal applications (iManage, Bighand, Laserforms) to maintain the companys IT infrastructure.
