Job Description

Position: 2nd Line Support AnalystLocation: Hengrove - BS14Term: Full Time, PermanentHours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 (40 hours per week)We are pleased to yet again be working with a growing Bristol IT firm. If you feel you have relevant experience within a 2nd line support role and are keen on using your skills working with industry leading technology and want to be a part of a forward thinking, developing company. This is an exciting time to join a company that are in great demand during this current climate. Your responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to;

  • Supporting clients via support system, ensuring the ticket process is followed whilst maintaining customer contact so they are receiving the highest level of customer care.
  • Be proactive in the maintenance of client networks.
  • Engaging in technical projects, including meeting clients and delivering onsite time with the team.
  • Working with the team, whether that be applying policies and procedure, training new members of the team or managing client documentation.
