Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Bristol based IT team within a First Line Support role. This role is the perfect fit for someone who has experience within a 1st line support role looking for growth within a company.Your main duties will be answering all incoming calls and emails, providing face to face support to the office-based team, logging and raising tickets for each query / issue in full detail, raising these tickets to the correct priority level, resolving eachquery within a timely manner and supporting with new starter set up.This position is offering hybrid working, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.Please note:Hybrid working will be put in place after you have passed the probationary periodWhat we can offer:

  • Salary ranging between £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Essential Skillset / Experience:
  • Previous 1st Line Support experience (minimum 2 years) with the desire to develop into a senior role
  • Technical knowledge of Windows10 knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 2019 and above knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of Azure
  • Customer service / call centre / face to face experience
