**New role** 1st Line deskside support- £110-£120/day - Bristol (BS1) - 8-12 weeksI am currently seeking an experienced 1st Liner to assist a busy company in central Bristol.The successful candidate will provide deskside support to a network of internal customers, and will ensure that all problems are either solved or escalated to the wider IT team. You will be required to be aware of and stick to the Service Level Agreement andensure that you do all in your power to meet these service levels.You will be required to support colleagues at their desks on a range of issues such as Printers, PCs, Cabling, Setting up work stations/ meeting rooms, Laptops, Mobile devices, bespoke software and the Microsoft family of products.
