Job Description

LOCAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - TOYOTA BRISTOL SOUTHThe Motorline Group represents 11 Vehicle brands including Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Renault, Peugeot, Hyundai, Skoda, Lexus, Maserati, Audi and Dacia in over 50 Dealerships and also 4 Volkswagen group Trade parts centres across the UK employing over 1,400 employees.Salary: Basic up to £21,000. (T&Cs apply)KEY OBJECTIVES

  • To build rapport with business customers and to identify their objectives.
  • To deliver excellent customer service.
  • To make daily prospecting calls from our own data base and your own in territory research.
  • To maintain a high level of new fleet car sales and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • To represent the Toyota brand in accordance with dealer standards and company requirements.
  • To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction.
  • To attend joint appointments with manufacturer staff representatives
  • APPLICANTS REQUIREMENTS
  • You must have 3 years previous experience within this position.
  • Current experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is essential.
  • You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills.
  • You must be highly motivated and have a strong determination to succeed in a competitive market.
  • You must be smart in appearance and well organised.
  • Experience within B2B would be an advantage.
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
