We are seeking an IT Support Technician for an initial contract period of three monthsWorking within a passionate and friendly team, this positon will be responsible for providingtechnical support to the organisations internal staff!Key Responsibilities include:1st Line IT Support via phone, email and face-to-faceMaintaining the IT asset registersSetup of new equipment and decommissioning of old equipmentUser administration such as creation, archiving, password resets etc.Monitoring and re-ordering of supplies/consumables (i.e. printer toners ect)Liaising with external support providers where requiredThe successful candiate will have:A background working within IT SupportExperience of Windows 10 and Office 365Excellent communication, coordination, and administration skillsA true passion for technology and interest in problem solvingIf this sound like the role for you please apply online ASAP.
