Job Description

Do you have experience processing orders Do you have office experience and are familiar with a CRM platformThen this could be the perfect role for you.A specialist flavouring and ingredients manufacturer located in Bedminster is looking for a Customer Service Operative to join the friendly and close-knit team. Delivering the highest standard of customer satisfaction, you will take ownership of the Sales Order process, ensuring all orders move through swiftly and efficiently.You will:

  • Manage the sales process through receiving, acknowledging and processing sales orders
  • Dispatch sales orders which includes the arranging of transport collections
  • Keep customers up to date with the sales process
  • Check orders against invoices to ensure that everything is compliant
  • Be the first contact for customer queries
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Your skills and experience:
  • You will have excellent customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
  • You will be familiar with using data-based systems, preferably SAP
  • You will be a natural communicator, with excellent communication skills
  • You are motivated with a "can-do" attitude
  • You have strong prioritising skills, and can work effectively to deadlines
