Compared to some law firms in the Midlands they do not push employees to work excessive hours, and instead promote a healthy work-life balance.They operate a hybrid working model which involves a mixture of working in the office and at home.Consideration will be given to applicants willing to relocate and to solicitors, Associates or Legal Executives living in the area with company commercial (contracts) experience. They are now seeking to recruit a Senior Associate (Company Commercial).Senior Associate (Company Commercial) Job DutiesWhat is expected of youThe ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive living in the West Midlands area or prepared to relocate, probably with at least three years PQE.Legal skillsWe are looking for a commercial lawyer who can provide technically accurate and practical advice to our clients, who see us an extension of their business. Working closely with our clients and developing key relationships are our focus and we are genuinelyinvested in our clients to provide a bespoke service.We will consider any level of qualification for the right candidate but there must be a desire to be a team player in a collaborative and progressive environment, this is an opportunity for you to play an integral part in the teams further expansion.Person specification
