Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Coordinator to work for a leading manufacturing company based in Dudley. The client deals with all sectors including the automotive, aerospace, oil / gas and manufacturing industries and is used by customers world-wide.The main duties will be:Dealing with inbound customer queries in a professional and friendly manner, building strong sustainable relationshipsResponding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing to colleagues and customersLogging such queries in our CRM system with regular follow ups also.Generating quotations, making follow-up calls and emailsManage incoming sales calls, receive and process incoming sales ordersLiaising with regional Area Sales ManagersMaintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for MetallisationAssisting other members of Sales Team as requiredAll other reasonable related duties, for other departments also, and being very proactive in developing their work to be able to help where it is required.The successful candidate will have the following skills:Experience in selling techniques and negotiation skillsExperience of processing orders via an in-house management systemWorks well under pressureApproachable attitudeTeam PlayerSelf-motivatedExcellent Telephone MannerWell organisedIn return we will provide full product training, continued support on an ongoing basis, yearly bonus scheme subject to the companies performance, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
