Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a MIG TIG Welder for our client based in Brierley HillMain Details for a MIG TIG Welder:-

  • Salary: £9.00 to £10.50 Per hour
  • Working Hours for a MIG TIG Welder are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday with an expectation of work on a Saturday morning
  • Location: Brierley Hill
  • Duration: Temp to Perm
    • Key Responsibilities of a MIG TIG Welder:-
  • daily use of MIG and TIG
  • Using a brake press
  • able to read technical drawings
    • AMIG and TIG Welder will need to have:-
  • Experience MIG and TIG welding.
  • Experience working with light gauge products 1mm - 10mm in thickness.
  • Must be able to work from customer drawings.
  • Experience on welders, hand grinding , linishing.
  • 3 years min experience subject to weld test.
  • To be effective in this role you will have experience of operating a press brake. You will have the ability to read drawings and to use measuring equipment. You will have experience of working in a sheet metal workshop/environment and being "Amada" trained would be advantageous but is not essential.
