Are you experienced in Server and Desktop Support EngineerAre you looking for an IT Support role where you can work on a variety of technologies and environments Do you want to take a lead role in a fast growing arm of a well-established Voice, Data andIT Services ProviderKingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Senior IT Server and Desktop Support Engineer to work for the rapidly expanding IT Services arm of a well-established communication and technology focused business. As the ideal candidate you will be happy with arange of 1st - 3rd line support duties across multiple clients. You will be keen to pick up new and develop existing technical skills and the drive to take on more complex support projects.Your key technical skills should include:Key Technical SkillsOperating Systems: Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 Windows 10Applications: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, Veeam Backup Replication, Sentinel 1 EDR, Eset Endpoint ProtectionServices: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, Hyper-V, VM-Ware, Azure, Microsoft 365 Standard , Barracuda, Remote App Desktop Connections.You will be working as a lead engineer to design, configure, manage and support the core server and desktop infrastructure for our clients, along with the ongoing development of the infrastructure in terms of growth, product evaluation and functionality. Youwill be managing 1st , 2nd and 3rd line support for a wide range of customers both remotely and on customer sites.Our client would welcome applications from Support Engineers with previous MSP experience but would also love to talk with support engineers who have helped support desktop and server infrastructure within multi-site organisations.You will have the ability to work closely with key stakeholders and customers to provide technical solutions , advise and support Project teams.
