Job Description

Software Support Analyst required to join an award winning Software Company in Glasgow.The technical support team consists of around 5 members of staff and theyre looking to add another due to some recent success. You will be the first point of contact responsible for answering, resolving, and documenting all incidents/requests from users. As such you must demonstrate strong communication skills within a customer facing environment.The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of software applications and will provide excellent customer service for all internal and external users. You will be currently working in a tech support role or will have done in the past.This role would be suited to a candidate from a customer support / bespoke software environment.
