Job Description

Our client support organisations to achieve their transformation journey, working collaboratively to enable their customers adopt new ways of working to drive the desired business outcomes and leverage their investment in evergreen Technology.In response to the continued high-growth trajectory, the Business Development team have a newly created opportunity for an Account Manager who is keen to further develop their career building long lasting relationships with existing and new customers across the Public Sector.In this full time, permanent position you will work collaboratively with the Sales & Delivery functions, you will be given the tools and support to build on your existing sales or Account Management experience in the Microsoft Gold Partner space.You will have gained a minimum of 3 years subsequent sales or account management experience preferably within a Microsoft solutions environment and have a track record in meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.Role Outline:

  • Account Management of selected strategic or development accounts and ensuring sales targets for these accounts are met.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with customers to ideally achieve "TrustedPartner" status.
  • Operate within the agreed Account Management processes and governance framework.
  • Ownership and delivery of pre sales proposals and bid/tenders responses
  • Working with internal delivery teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services to customers.
  • Key Skills & Experience:
  • A demonstrable track record of more than 3 years prior industry-related business account or sales management experience ideally based in the public sector
  • Ability to develop and execute complex sales and account development strategies
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex accounts
  • Strong multi-level relationship builder
  • Commercially focused, articulate and possess the ability to think strategically
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and target driven.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and enthusiasm
