Job Description

Our client is a well-established Accountancy firm seeking candidates who are part-qualified at AAT or ACCA level to join them as a Junior Practice Accountant.Candidates should have a minimum of 1 years experience in a UK Accountancy firm, and have experience of managing a portfolio of 10-20 clients.Duties include:

  • Working on a portfolio of small to medium size businesses and contractors - accounting and tax services
  • Statutory Accounts, VAT, Tax, Management Accounts preparation
  • Experience of one of Xero, Free Agent or QuickBooks would be useful.
Candidate characteristics:
  • Excellent communication & presentational skills
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
