IT Support ConsultantBrentford£30,000 - £35,000A fantastic opportunity for a Support Consultant who is currently working for a WMS vendor, reseller implementing WMS or has an in-depth knowledge of WMS systems. The ongoing growth of this Middlesex based logistics software company, specialising in the provision of WMS software solutions, necessitates the need for a Support Consultant. IT Support experience in an ERP or WMS product would be ideal, aswell as SAP business One, SQL query language and MS SQL database management experience.The Support Consultant will identify and develop new opportunities and working practices. You will provide telephone and email support for customers and partners on a number of business applications and add-on products supported by the company. A hands on role which will get involved in system design and scoping, delivering technical elements of the solution including software installation, report layouts, SQL queries and script editing.This position require client focused individuals who are able to communicate with people on all levels, depending on technical ability candidates will deliver classroom training to end users and visit customers on-site.A fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience or a degree which incorporates Logistics and Warehouse management modules, who is looking to develop their career in a more technical direction, within an organisation that invests time in training and developing their staff.
