As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher, delivering engaging lessons, and nurturing the academic and personal development of pupils.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.
Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school community.

Requirements:

Comfortable with teaching responsibilities and eager to develop teaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant experience or qualifications in education (desirable but not essential).
