Job Description

FP&A Analyst, Market Leading Group, North London, £60k + Brilliant BenefitsI am working exclusively with a £450mil t/o market leader in the transportation space who are looking for a commercially astute FP&A Analyst to join their commercial finance team.This is a newly created role to drive the commercial partnerships within the business and work closely with non-finance divisions across the UK and play a pivotal part in the businesss decision-making process. This position offers fantastic non-financestakeholder engagement, working very closely with the site managers and business partner across the group to drive and help to deliver robust monthly forecasts and annual budgets.Sitting within a dynamic and collaborative finance team, you will play an integral part; provide a world class service to deliver commercial insight on business performance to influence the decision-making process, focusing on financial performance and revenueand cost management, providing support for the business for backward looking performance management and forward-looking re forecasts and budgets.Reporting directly into the brilliant FP&A Analyst this is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant. Your role will provide the perfect platform for you to use your experience to spot and identify opportunities and performance issues tohelp accelerate growth and avoid risks.Responsibilities;

  • Supporting the development annual budgets, and interim forecasts
  • Engaging with finance and non-finance colleagues across the business to maximise support to performance improvement initiatives
  • Producing financial and non-financial KPI targets for key stakeholders and the monitoring and reporting of performance
  • Working with the Head of FP&A and business leaders to drive performance
Essentials:
  • Recently Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ ACCA / ACA
  • Strong relationship building skills with both finance and non-finance teams
  • Previous exposure to budgeting & forecasting
  • Brilliant Excel skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Personable and effective communicator with strong presentation skills
