The role is perfect for someone who would wants to join the charity sector, working for a well-reputed high standards charity and is passionate for children withemotional behavioral difficulties and complex needs.The charity is well-known in the social care world, making a difference in vulnerable childrens lives through a variety of services such as residential or fostering, helping with complex needs such as exploitation, trauma, domestic abuse or/and violenceand many others.ResponsibilitiesThe childrens registered manager would be responsible to manage the home to the highest standards and within agreed budgets. You will have a passion and commitment to young people, placing them at the centre of everything you do and as the homes (registered)Manager, you will be a key player in building and extending this commitment for your team.RequirementsPlease apply if:- you have a level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent and are prepared to undertake Level 5- you have prior experience working in residential childrens homes, including at least a year with staff supervision and management responsibility-you have knowledge and experience working with legislative framework related to childrens homes and within Ofsted regulations and high quality standards of children homesBenefits
