Childrens Registered Manager - Therapeutic CharitySalary up to £55,000NonStop Care is looking for a Childrens Registered Manager who can join a well established National Children Charity in Brent, London.The residential home is located in London Borough of Brent and has Good Ofsted (June 2023). The role is perfect for someone who would wants to join the charity sector, working for a well-reputed high standards charity and is passionate for children withemotional behavioral difficulties and complex needs.The charity is well-known in the social care world, making a difference in vulnerable childrens lives through a variety of services such as residential or fostering, helping with complex needs such as exploitation, trauma, domestic abuse or/and violenceand many others.ResponsibilitiesThe childrens registered manager would be responsible to manage the home to the highest standards and within agreed budgets. You will have a passion and commitment to young people, placing them at the centre of everything you do and as the homes (registered)Manager, you will be a key player in building and extending this commitment for your team.RequirementsPlease apply if:- you have a level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent and are prepared to undertake Level 5- you have prior experience working in residential childrens homes, including at least a year with staff supervision and management responsibility-you have knowledge and experience working with legislative framework related to childrens homes and within Ofsted regulations and high quality standards of children homesBenefits
