Job Description

* Inclusive environment* Attractive daily rate* Multiple positions availableEnergetic Teaching Assistants required for immediate startApply today, Interview next week and start November 1stThe RoleThe right candidates for these positions will have an ability to build relationships with children from varying backgrounds, whilst focusing support on literacy and numeracy needs. You will be required 1:1 or in a small classroom environment, where there isgenerally no more than 8 students. Full training and support will be provided by experienced SEN teachers and support staff who have key knowledge of the student base. The SchoolWe are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support the learning of Students at 2 Pupil Referral units based near Guildford and Dorking.Students at these schools display varying emotional behavioural difficulties and Special Education needs including, but not limited to ADHD, ASD and dyslexia. The focus is on working closely with students and supporting their engagement with their education,and working towards re-integration into Mainstream Schools. All schools can all be accessed via South West rail links. Key SkillsNo experience is necessary, but any suitable background in working with children, particularly those with special educational needs is advantageous. Key skills include a positive attitude, resilience and the ability to build rapport with students.
