They have production in UAE, France, Spain, South Africa, and India making more than eight million pairs of footwear per year. A global supplier in over 50 countries, RahmanGroup is a conglomerate with brand leadership in the field of leather and footwear manufacturing.Rahman owns the brands Lemaitre, Perf, Mendi, Safetix which Performance Brands stocks in our UK warehouse and sells to distributors in the UK and Ireland.We are looking for the right person to join our UK team.Your role:Due to continued growth in the business, we are now looking for a full time Customer Support person. The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with customers over the phone, have a friendly personality and good attention to detail. Your duties willinclude: Proactively following up on existing customer accounts and sales leads. Supporting the internal sales desk on customer queries. Supporting the UK external sales team. Processing sample requests. Support for the internal sales desk, assisting in processing sales orders. Keeping CRM system to date. Providing customer sales quotations. Liaising with our warehouse. Administrative duties.Role Development Opportunities:As the role develops there is an opportunity for prospecting new customer accounts and managing the maintenance and growth of your own accounts on a target lead commission scheme.Essential Requirements: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Organisational, verbal, and written communication skills a must. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Confident professional telephone/ email manner.Desirable Requirements: Sales order processing on SAP Business One Prior experience working in a sales environment. Sales-i or CRM experience advantageous.Our Offering:Performance Brands can offer one of the nicest work environments in Yorkshire. Full Time Hours: Hours: 36.5 per week. Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5 pm. Friday: 8.30am - 4pm. One hour lunch break.
