Job Description

(Quantity Surveyor) - Position Overview Our client provides specialist engineering, consulting solutions and services to the rail and construction industries.Their aspiration is to achieve an open and collaborative working relationship with the client.Through early involvement they can drive value engineering and innovation enabling clients to deliver on time and to budget while prioritising health, safety, and quality.Their flexibility of approach and broad range of experience allow them to deliver at a corporate level as well as on site.You will be responsible for Rail & Civil projects such as:

  • Ballasted Track Renewal
  • Deep Tube renewal including direct fix
  • Heavy Maintenance
  • Platform nosing stone installation
  • Station refurbishment
  • Concrete base installation
  • Troughing installation
  • Wheel timber bridge renewals
(Quantity Surveyor) - Position Requirements Our client is a diverse organisation offering a range of rail and construction services across the UK to a broad range of clientele and when they work with a company, they tend to become repeat customers, providing them with the opportunity to develop thekey relationships required to fully support their ongoing needs.For this role you will need:
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience with NEC3 Contracts
  • Experience within the rail industry
  • Full UK driving license
