Property Manager (Part time) - Braintree CM7Our Established Independent Lettings & Property Management firm based in Braintree CM7 Essex are looking for an experienced Property Manager to assist the Property management department on a Part-time basis.The successful applicant:will help service a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

Implement procedures.
Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties
Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
Striving to exceed customer expectations
Handling complaints and providing solutions
Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
Ensuring compliance
Supporting the team when required.
Some experience in dealing with Section notices 21 & 8

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Minimum 2 years Property Management Experience
The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
Experience of lettings/property management software packages
Be able to manage their own workload.
A full valid driving license is essential.
