Job Description

Hybrid working - 3 days in the officeDriver / learning to drive - due to supporting other brands within the organisation - light travel Background: Our company was founded in 2010. We began as a healthcare staffing agency, specialising in mental health. Since then, we have expanded our agency provision to also become specialists in supporting people with learning disabilitiesand challenging behaviour, as well as open CQC (UK Health and Social Care Regulators) registered services whose aim is to support vulnerable people to live in their communities and live as independently as possible. In the last decade we have built up an impressivecommunity of specialist brands, all with the collective mission to transform care for the better.Role: The IT department is essential in providing excellent services and support to all employees in the company. The IT Administrator will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, making sure that all systems run smoothly,participate in the preparation of equipment for new employees, troubleshoot computer problems and network issues etc. They will work closely with the other members of the IT department based in UK and Macedonia.The larger part of the role will be around resolving issues and tickets, working alongside the UK based team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Adding SharePoint users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Providing SharePoint support to end users.
  • Providing Salesforce / Sirenum support to users.
  • Able to support remotely through TeamViewer or other remote desktop apps.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 etc.
  • At least one year experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Experience in SharePoint support to end users is a must.
  • Experience in Salesforce / Sirenum support to end users is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking.
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP / Sip Trunk.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Reading programming languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to talk about technology in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
