Job Description

We are a FTSE 250 Company employing over 5,000 staff throughout the UK and Ireland.Provident delivers non-standard lending through our businesses - Vanquis Bank, Provident Home Credit, Satsuma Loans, Moneybarn and Cheque Exchange.About the role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Website Content Senior Executive to join or Marketing function who will support the successful delivery of impactful and compelling website content. Youll deliver the website content strategy, plans and initiatives through effective communications, planning, event scheduling, monitoring and measurement of all our activity across both the UK and the ROI Website.The ideal candidate will have creative copywriting flair, strong relationship building skills and be highly organised.Some key responsibilities include:

  • Working with colleagues across the business, to edit and build website content that resonate with their intended audience
  • Work closely with the analytics and planning manager to ensure the online customer journey for new prospects and existing customers is continually improved
  • Keep key stakeholders regularly informed on both activity and results.
  • What you will have:
  • Experience working in fast paced content delivery role, for example - visual journalism, marketing, internal communication, training and development or social media.
  • The ability to present ideas clearly, with excellent communication skills with the ability to handle both executive leadership and operational teams, adapting style to different audiences as needed.
  • The ability to prioritise, work under tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to produce reports and data files using MS office suite.
  • Manage publishing platforms and reporting tools
