Job Description

Were looking for a Project Administrator to join us on either a permanent or FTC basis in our Bradford office. This is hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.Within this role, you will support the VMO2 People Team and Project Delivery Specialists to deliver Cyclical Projects and other Change Initiatives against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards. Previous Project experience would be a plus, however we are also interested in candidates who have transferable skills and a desire to kickstart their career within either the People or Project sector. In this expansive role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, such as data validation, the distribution of internal focused communications and management of project documents. There is also management of employee resourcesvia the intranet site SharePoint that is a key deliverable for the team. What will you be doingThis is a broad role where youll have ongoing responsibilities (communications and intranet management) as well as being assigned to support on specific projects; offering you insight and exposure into the full project lifecycle.

  • Support with risk and issue management, project reporting, action management and project plans
  • Support the maintenance of Project documentation, processes and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and ongoing delivery of these activities
  • Create and deliver training for People Services, People Admin and Payroll teams against all projects to enable them to effectively manage employee queries
  • Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework linked to projects
  • End to end management of Virgin Media O2 People Intranet (SharePoint) pages ensuring relevant, timely and accurate content is made available to all Employees
  • Delivery and co-ordination of Intranet content management audits
  • Management of all Employee Services BAU communications including partnering with Internal Communications teams to ensure holistic comms visibility across the company
  • Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics for project administrative tasks
