Job Description

We have an opening for a Recruitment Administrator (known as Resourcing Advisor inhouse) to join our Head Office team.The Administrator will report to the Resourcing Business Partner, Head Office functions.In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class administration support whilst handling high volumes of incoming applications, arranging interviews and conducting first stage telephone screening.Youll ensure at all times that the applicant and hiring manager experience is of a high standard.As the first point of contact for our applicants, youll represent Morrisons as an employer of choice and liaise with applicants by email and phone call so that they understand the next steps of their application and receive timely updates.You will also liaise with Hiring Managers across the business to understand their availability to interview, then arrange meetings accordingly and update resourcing trackers with relevant details amongst other ad hoc administrative tasks.This is a full time role, working 4 days per week (9 hours) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (6 hours). The successful candidate will be based in our Head Office for the majority of their week, so its important to reside within a reasonable distance of Bradford. Aftertraining there will also be some home working.Although this is a 6 month contract, there is possibility of extension depending on business needs and were delighted that many of our colleagues who joined on fixed term contracts have gone on to secure permanent employment.About YouKey Requirements;

  • You may have worked in a fast paced environment previously in a recruitment role or similar administrative position.
  • Extremely organised with an exemplary telephone manner
  • Great technical skills, we use Google
  • Great communication and networking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with lots of change
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills
  • PC literate, comfortable with retaining accurate records and using a recruitment system
  • Able to manage complex calendars to arrange (and often rearrange) meetings
  • Proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques and great attention to detail
  • Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with keen observational skills
  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
