Administrator - Fixed Term Contract ( up to 6 Months)Location: Thriving College in BradfordContract: Fixed Term up to 6 monthsHours: 27.5 per weekHourly Rate: ££22194 pro-tata- £11.50 per hourStart Date: ImmediateDBS Check: Ideally EnhancedJob Purpose: We are urgently seeking an Administrator to join an Estates Department of a large education provider, on a fixed-term contract. This role supports the efficient management of the colleges physical resources, ensuring a safe and effective environmentfor all.Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Department.• Manage correspondence and handle emails, calls, and mail.• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.• Support estates-related projects, including refurbishment and maintenance.• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.• Maintain accurate records and databases.• Assist with budget tracking and financial reports.• Serve as a point of contact for estates-related inquiries.Essential Qualifications and Skills required for the Administrator:• GCSE A*- C in Maths and English or equivalent.• Previous administrative experience, preferably in facilities management or estates.• Strong organisational and time-management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable:• Enhanced DBS check.• Experience with data management and financial administration.This position is an immediate start.
