Job Description

An immediate start temporary opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner in the West Yorkshire area.Client DetailsA large education provider in Bradford.DescriptionThe Recruitment Business Partner duties will inclide:

  • Delivering a high level of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment service across all areas of the organisation
  • Providing exceptional professional standards and competence and acts as a subject matter expert to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Owning the recruitment process and takes responsibility for liaising with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of each vacancy, and all relevant information regarding the role requirements, benefits and person specification is acquired
  • Creating informative, attractive and eye-catching adverts and uses imaginative, appropriate and effective methods for attracting suitable candidates
  • Designing and delivers progressive and innovative selection approaches
  • Providing a first-class candidate experience by responding promptly to all applications, and keeping in contact with all candidates as they progress through the recruitment process, ensuring a friendly and engaging manner and keeping them informed at everystage
  • Working closely with the hiring managers in relation to the interview and selection process, and ensures a professional and streamlined procedure takes place resulting in a successful hire, a satisfied hiring manager and a great candidate experience
ProfileThe successful candidate will:
  • Have significant work experience in a recruitment environment / as a Recruitment Business PArtner in the past
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying, planning for, managing the process of and sourcing talent as required to support ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  • Experience of managing an ATS.
