Working as part of the reception team for one of our tenant occupied work spaces, you will be first point of contact, both in person and via the telephone. This is a varied and busy role that demands exceptional organisation and customer service skills,knowledge of SalesForce would be advantageous but training will be given, however knowledge of MS office including use of Teams is essential, and experience of facilities management would be beneficial as would experience of general accounts work and takea very flexible approach to your workload. This position is based at one of our 4 sites and involves working as part of a wider property team but does on occassion involve loan working, you will therefore need to be a self mananging individual who thrivesin an autonomous role.This is a jobshare role, the hours are 12.15pm to 5pm Monday to Friday with fulltime cover required for 5 weeks per year, car driver preferred.
