Job Description

  • £47,000 - £50,000 per annum plus Car Allowance

With an end-to-end approach encompassing design, production, and installation, they offer a comprehensive turnkey solution. Combining in-house and subcontracted production,they ensure flexibility to meet their clients unique needs.About the Role:As our client’s new Project Manager, youll play a crucial role in overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll collaborate closely with clients, lead projectteams, and contribute to our clients continued success on a national scale.Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client briefs into actionable projects.
  • Develop scoping documents and specifications.
  • Work with QS to produce accurate project costings.
  • Facilitate client approval of briefs, costings, and processes.
  • Manage all contract administration tasks.
  • Foster communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Effectively manage project design.
  • Lead and organise project meetings.
  • Achieve commercial targets and profitability goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:Are you the perfect fit for our clients team They are looking for someone who possesses:
  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a related industry.
  • Experience working with or as a subcontractor to Tier 1 contractors.
  • Strong understanding of contract processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record of meeting profitability targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Initiative and exceptional teamwork abilities.
  • Resilience under pressure.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A professional attitude.
Education/Qualifications/Certifications:
  • Related qualification or relevant time served experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects.
