In return the company offers a comprehensive package which includes an excellent salary, company pension, healthcare and sickness benefit plus the opportunity to develop further skills thorough companysponsored learning.Manufacturing Engineer - Role - Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Lean / Continuous Improvement / CNC / CAD / CAM* Lead the design of jigs, fixtures, tooling and lifting equipment throughout the manufacturing areas* Design and physical layout of equipment positions and process flows throughout the factory and offices* Lead a functional area within the machine shop and use CAM utilities to create CNC programs, tooling and fixtures, and develop manufacturing processes for a range of multi axis machine tools including: Mill Turn Machines, Machining Centres, Borers, FlexibleMachining Systems, and Universal Grinding Machines * Work closely with the operatives on the shop floor to efficiently prove out new programs and processes, as well as optimise existing programs and processes* Involved in special projects within Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Product Development and Design for ManufacturingManufacturing Engineer - Key Responsibilities - Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Lean / Continuous Improvement / Automotive / TS16949 / CNC / CAD / CAM* CNC Programming for machine tools usually utilising CAM software* Selection or design of tooling, jigs and fixtures* Producing manufacturing set up drawings using CAD (3D)* Providing support to Operators proving out and optimising programmes* Verifying other Engineers programmes and processesManufacturing Engineer - Key skills - Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Lean / Continuous Improvement / Automotive / CNC / CAD / CAM* A team oriented individual with a passion for engineered excellence* Excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a logical mind* Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships at all levels* Ability to work within time constraints, sometimes under pressureManufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement,
