Job Description

We’re looking for a Position Management Administrator to join us our Employee Services team on a 9-month fixed term contract - Hybrid working 2 days office and 3 remote. Reporting into the Position Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for the HR administration service to employees and line managers for activities associated with the Position Management process through the application of policies and procedureswithin agreed performance levels and align with all statutory requirements. Creating a purpose of making Liberty Global Shared Service Centre a great place to work and delivering a great experience, in a way that improves their effectiveness day to day.Liberty Global Shared Services acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems.   • Verify all position requests against information held in the system ensuring the data provided is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure that all data is entered into associated HR systems and workflow requests are actioned in a timely, accurate manner, to agreed standards and targets.
  • Administrating end to end employee position creation promptly.
  • Create and maintain mass spreadsheets, reports and data insights as well as managing mass bulk uploads.
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work.
  • Resolve day to day Position Management enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate and dealing with any service recovery.
We tend to look for people with: Essential:
  • Relevant HR / Administrative experience.
  • Data driven and a strong analytical attitude.
  • Ability to handle and manipulate high volumes of data.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of using various reporting tools.
  • Experience of delivering customer service targets within a complex environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, Macros & dashboards).
  • An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
