Job Description

Were looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join us in our Bradford office. This is hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.As Payment Operations SME, you will ensure accurate and efficient delivery of all payment operations processes and provide support to achieve KPIs and deliverables. What will you be doing

  • Working with senior stakeholders from LG to ensure fast query resolution.
  • Co-ordinate with all teams within payment operations to improve the customer experience
  • Empowering the team to review processes and actively promoting suggestions to improve process, procedures and systems
  • Leading and resolving all operational issues and escalations
  • Continuously review current processes, identify improvements and work with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
We tend to look for people with: Essential
  • Experience working within a fast paced accounts receivable department
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure effective resource utilisation.
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail - Ability to analyse and resolve issues
Desirable
  • Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle and APRO
  • Accounting qualification or similar
  • Self-motivated and works on your own initiative.
  • Curiosity about Automation technologies
  • Project Management skills
