Job Description

POST recruitment are recruiting a Paid Media Manager for an exciting group of ecommerce businesses based in Bradford.Were looking for a PPC/Paid Manager to take our PPC and paid media to the next level. You’ll be solely responsible for strategising and implementing campaigns to the highest level across several platforms, including Google Search, Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and more - if it’s paid, you will own it!Day to day duties will include: Working across fast growing e-commerce brands Researching & planning paid media campaigns Managing PPC campaigns across all major platforms (Google, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube) Working closely with our wider team to ensure campaigns meet business objectives Reporting performance to management teams Bringing new ideas on how we can grow and expand our PPC campaigns Hands on creative, producing and editing your ads (with outsourced help if required) Essential experience & skills A high level of experience with Google Search, Google Shopping & Facebook paid media (expert level knowledge of Google Shopping) Experience working with Google Analytics Experience in forecasting growth and meeting agreed goals A self starter who can solely manage campaigns and own their campaigns Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to liaise effectively with the wider team The ability to create engaging content Strong analytical skills. Leverage data and insight to drive growth A real "do-er" who is hands on and makes things happen Understand marketing funnels and build this into your campaigns to communicate the right message at the right time to customers. At least 2 years’ experience of having worked in e-commerce Experience with landing pages and conversion optimisation Tracking methods and Google Tag Manager: 2+ year (Required) Deep working knowledge of Google, Amazon and Facebook and their advertising platforms is mandatory Google Shopping: 2+ year (Required) Google Analytics: 2+ year (Required) Bing Ads: 2+ year (Required) Facebook 2+ year (Preferred) Campaign management (for large/multiple accounts): 2+ year (Required) Managing paid media in multiple markets: 2+ year (Required) Used to handling budgets over £100K per month Understanding of Shopify & associated marketing tools Keen eye for reporting, evaluating and improving performance. Focusing on delivery of all acquisition KPIs including CPA, ROAS, Revenue, Subscriptions, Conversion rate and LTV Extensive understanding of media attribution models and principles Required skills
