Job Description

15ten15 are currently recruiting for an Android Developer on behalfof a fast growing technology organisation who are looking to bring someone in to join their diverse and talented team as they create an app to innovate the way business journeys and travel are done. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work on both native and hybrid mobile App
  • Provide solutions and integration on our Android platform
  • Produce solid and reliable code using the latest best practices
  • Responsible for the delivery and upkeep of our App
  • Support improvements to the current development process and user experience
  • Work in an open and collaborative environment within a small team using agile processes
    • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Skills Required:
  • Strong, proven App. Development skills
  • Creativity to write clean code to create a user-friendly experience
  • Experience in full software development lifecycle including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment
  • Flexible and positive approach to change, adopting a supportive attitude including a willingness to learn new technology
  • Good communication skills both orally and written and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience using Source control – GIT
  • Familiar with the Google Play Store release lifecycle
  • Experience in Kotlin and Java for Android
  • Understanding of MVVM
  • Experience using Retrofit to handle API consumption would be beneficial
  • Experience using JetPack components would also be beneficial
