Job Description

Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills We are seeking a dedicatedreceptionistto join our team in Bradford. As the first point of contact for customers you will be the first point of contact. Responsibilities:

  • Greet Customers:Welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Appointment Scheduling:Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Phone and Email Communication:Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Customer records:Maintain electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Billing and Payments:Assist with billing inquiries, process payments, and handle insurance claims.
  • General Administrative Tasks:Support with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience:Prior experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills:Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service:Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused.
  • Attention to Detail:Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Computer Literacy:Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic office software.
  • Experience in systm one would be ideal
