Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a Globally recognised organisation in the recruitment of a Maintenance Supervisor.Our client is big on sustainability and is keen to appoint someone with the same vision and values as them. In the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with the senior team; manage a team of 7 and will plan all work loads and associatedactivities ensuring all regulatory, and statutory compliance is met.Benefits:

As Maintenance Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Strong supervision and management of a team of 7
  • Planning, coordinating and allocating works
  • Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, meeting regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Regularly reviewing works; paperwork and data for auditing and inspection
  • Overseeing a key area of the plant you will also be responsible for the efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Liaising with contractors; and production to name a few departments in the identification and resolution of issues
Elevation Recruitment is keen to speak with Maintenance Supervisors who can demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
  • You will be ONC qualified in electrical engineering or equivalent, with specific knowledge and experience of electrical statutory maintenance such as fixed wiring and ATEX requirements
  • COMPEX qualification and knowledge of SAP systems – highly advantageous
  • Hands-on experience working on an upper tier COMAH chemical plant
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in fault finding and diagnostics essential
  • You will have excellent communication skills both oral and written with a good level of computer literacy
