Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and a genuine passion for early years education.
  • Bubbly and energetic personality with a love for messy play and creative activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children of all ages.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
