An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the St Vincent de Paul Society (SVP) as our new HR Manager. Over the last few years, the SVP has grown significantly and continues to do so, which is why it is such an exciting time to join the Society and the team.The ideal candidate will support the organisations strategic plan to deliver a mission ready organisation fit for the future. They will ensure the efficient operational management of the Societys HR function including employee relations, recruitment and reward.They will also have previous HR management experience and a good level of general HR knowledge including employee relations, recruitment and reward etc. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
